We are looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst to help us gather information and determine the best technological way to achieve a greater ease of process to support TELACU. The BSA is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the implementation of TRM/TPM’s management maintenance module software (e.g. RealPage-Onesite).

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop new procedures to streamline workflow, create new policies, improves systems by studying current practices; designing modification.
  • Advises off-site staff in the use of property management software in conjunction with the
  • Regional Property Supervisors, Regional Maintenance Supervisors, Resident managers, and Accounting personnel.
  • Promptly address concerns and make necessary adjustments to internal processes, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise from the property management software- RealPage Onesite.
  • Update software systems and settings.
  • Trains field staff in the use of property management software in conjunction with the Director of Business Systems
  • Play a crucial role in the growth, development and smooth function of company performance in collaboration with corporate and field staff, while providing direction, training, increased productivity and policy enforcement.
  • Attends staff, departmental, owner, and other required meetings
  • Review and verify contractor COIs, w-9 and business licenses
  • Maintains electronic files and hard copies filing
  • Conducts Appliance Inventory Audits

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have strong foundational computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point, etc.), and the Internet.
  • Advanced ADP Workforce Now user
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point user
  • RealPage Onesite Super User

 Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate with relevant work
  • experience required.
  • 2+ years of with Yardi and/or RealPage preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in property management preferred
  • Knowledge of HUD multifamily housing regulations and property management preferred
  • Heavy data entry experience with exceptional speed and accuracy is required
  • Ability to handle multiple entities, multiple deadlines, and multi-tasks
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly (6-8+ hours per day) – Sitting, using hands to finger, handle or feel (computer operation)
  • Occasionally (Up to 3 hours per day) – Standing, Walking, Stooping/Bending, reaching with hands and arms, Lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment & Exposures:

Position may require occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, vibration and loud noise levels. Will be exposed to varying weather conditions, soil, pollen, grass and plant materials and fertilizer while working; will be exposed to cleaning solutions of home strength; may be exposed to industrial strength solutions for pest control, paints or solvents.  Hazards:  Occasionally exposed to biohazards such as blood borne pathogens, sewage, building waste.
