WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Tricap Residential Group seeks to hire an Engagement Manager to join our portfolio who will be part of the team to generate, convert, and engage Tricap’s residents. The Engagement Manager will increase resident retention, develop relationships with vendors and contractors, and ensure the implementation and execution of all corporate policies and procedures. Job responsibilities for the Engagement Manager include:
Move in and out activities including unit inspection, resident orientation and key exchange
Engagement through events, surveys, referrals, and issue resolution
Provide exceptional resident experiences by handling resident issues and manage the Engagement’s overall online reputation, including resident surveys
Manage the expense budget and oversee the variance reports for each property
Expiration management, including management of unit renovations as it correlates with lease renewals.  Review resident accounts for payment history, lease violations before renewal offers are sent out
Lead the service team ensuring work orders and make ready product is completed timely and up to Tricap’s standards.
Oversee Service Supervisors and Service Technicians at designated properties within your portfolio.
Provide leadership to the Service team members by interviewing, hiring and training team members and by managing their performance in accordance with the Company policies, values and business practices.
Completes various human resources, administrative and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or necessary
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:
Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPM or CAM preferred
Intermediate computer skills
Realpage or other Engagement Management software experience preferred
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
