Housekeeper – The Flats on Fifth

Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team at our newly renovated, luxury community The Flats on Fifth! This high-rise apartment community has 258 units and is located in Louisville, KY.

The ideal candidate for the Housekeeper position will have a desire to maintain the cleanliness of the property and keep it looking its best.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Vacuum carpets
•  Clean all hallways
•  Clean all lavatories
•  Picks up and remove trash
•  Sweep and mop tile floors
•  Wash windows and mirrors
•  Clean vacant apartments
•  Clean on-site management office
•  Check for lint in washers and dryers
•  Adhere to established policies related to fair housing
•  Clean appliances, fixtures, doors, trim and counter tops
•  Clean all common areas including pool area, fitness center, and laundry facility
•  Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

•  A strong work ethic
•  Excellent customer service
•  Team oriented
•  Positive attitude
•  Facilities housekeeping experience is a plus
•  Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
