Job Responsibilities

Resident Concern Analyst performs high-level, professional administrative work for the Asset Management Team, principally in the area of handling Resident Concerns. Establishes good working relationships with owners/agents, residents, MOR consultants, HUD staff, and other interested parties. Resolves health and safety issues within required AQL and ISO9001 standards and establishes positive relations and communications with residents and the community.

  • Populates and regularly updates internal and external databases, including opening actions, updating actions as part of owner/agent follow-up, and closing work process items and actions, to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Verifies submitted documentation as part of a resident complaint corrective action; ensures is complete and consistent with the reported concern.
  • Handles all program and corporate information in a confidential and professional manner as required by federal regulations and corporate policy.
  • Ensures compliance of program guidelines by owners/agents/residents, as applicable to direct job responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate (2 year) degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of affordable housing compliance monitoring, asset management, property management, and Section 8 program regulations. Ability to review and prepare technical reports, apply federal regulations, analyze and interpret data, and prepare and maintain records. Bi-lingual preferred.
