WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Tricap Residential Group seeks to hire Sales Manager to join our portfolio who is laser focused on converting traffic at our communities. Job responsibilities for the Sales Manager include:
Follow ups in the form of phone, email, text, chat, and social
Visits in the form of virtual, in-person, and self-led
Conversions including, quote, application, service enrollment, and lease signing
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
