WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Tricap Residential Group seeks to hire Service Technician to join our portfolio who is tirelessly committed to the job with an eye for detail. Not the kind of person who likes to sit around, you know how to do a job correctly and have no patience for sloppy work. You have a wealth of knowledge and are proactive about your work, you never feel satisfied until your to do list is completed. Your commitment to your work and your technical knowledge makes you great at your job. Job responsibilities for the Service Technician include:
Complete work orders on time and to quality standards measured by resident surveys
Complete unit turns on time and to quality measured by resident surveys
Vendor sourcing and vendor management
Provide exceptional customer service measured by resident surveys
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:
Aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, boiler system, appliance repair, painting, and general carpentry
Knowledge of OSHA requirements
Must have basic tools and keep safe and neat work habits
Prior experience servicing a multifamily unit or apartment complex
